The Avet HX Left Handed Lever Drag Reels are perfect for nearshore and offshore lefty anglers. They are a step up in size and quality from the Avet JX and LX line. The lever drag system is far superior and the series puts out almost a 1/3rd more drag. The HX is an all metal reel with an aluminum frame, sideplate and spool, a great drag system that can hold up under tremendous pressure, and eight stainless steel ball bearings for smoothness. It is designed to be fished with small diameter braided fishing line which allows anglers to fish heavier tests to catch bigger fish! All models feature harness lugs (except fot the HXJ 5/2). Your order must ship in a single box and have a dimensional weight of no greater 10 lbs. Many fishing rods and other long items that have a shipping dimension of over 60" do not qualify for free shipping. See individual item for details.

We do not do cash refunds! All refunds must be put on a credit card.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - Online

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. An item returned from 15 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase!
