Tactical Anglers Sea Pencil Poppers are constructed of a strong plastic body, and a steel thru-wire. The exterior is coated with a heavy three part paint to give it a great shine and make it durable. The exterior has large recessed 3-D eyes and a Vibrating Exterior System that creates added noise while the plug is being pulled through the water. Sharp VMC treble hooks and stainless steel split rings guarantee good hook ups and will not fail when you hook into something big! Internally, SeaPENCILs have rattling chambers to attract more fish with additional noise, and a weight distribution system designed to maximize your casting distance. Your order must ship in a single box and have a dimensional weight of no greater 10 lbs. Many fishing rods and other long items that have a shipping dimension of over 60" do not qualify for free shipping. See individual item for details.

We do not do cash refunds! All refunds must be put on a credit card.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - Online

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. An item returned from 15 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit.
