The Shimano 2019 Spheros SW Spinning Reels brings great technology to a popular price point. With the introduction of the NASCI, Shimano showed that it could build a terrific sub $100 spinning reel but there were features anglers wanted that weren't included. With the release of the 2019 Spheros SW, Shimano has incorporated them into a terrific, affordable inshore reel. The Spheros SW features a powerful waterproof cross carbon drag system that puts out 20-24 lbs of drag at max. The reel is constructed of aluminum with a graphite rotor and a screw in aluminum handle that can be moved from side to side. Turn the handle and the reel feels a lot like a Stradic FK. All of the energy you put into turning the handle gets put right into the gears. There is very little play and the reel feels smooth and rigid. The Spheros SW has four ball bearings and is going to make a lof of anglers very happy. If you fish for redfish in the gulf, fluke up North or schoolie bass, blues or albies from the beach, you are going to love thiss reel. Orders of $100 or more will receive free standard shipping (3-5 business days) within the Continental US (Gift cards excluded). Your order must ship in a single box and have a dimensional weight of no greater 10 lbs. Many fishing rods and other long items that have a shipping dimension of over 60" do not qualify for free shipping. See individual item for details.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store
You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. An item returned from 15 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit.
