Warranty Policy

No one likes broken fishing gear, but on occasion products fail. If you have a broken or defective product and feel that it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for service or replacement.

J&H Tackle does not manufacture any of the products we sell. All warranties are through the manufacturer. If you have a problem and are unsure whether it would be handled by the manufacturer or J&H, please contact us. If you require help dealing with a manufacturer please contact us. We will do everything in our power to help you.

J&H is not responsible for any shipping charges you may incur due to warranty related claims. J&H does not accept returns of broken items.

Shipping Damage
Please visit the Returns Center to process an exchange.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us as we will be able to put in a claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement right away. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee.
