Shimano 2019 Stella SWC Spinning Reels improve on one of the best reels ever made! The new Stella has an IPX8 waterproof body, is more rigid, can handle impacts better is a little bit lighter than the previous generation. Shimano has worked hard to make the reel smoother by reducing play between the internal parts. Incorporating Infinity Drive Technology the new Stella produces more torque while maintaining smoothness and gives you 30% more cranking power than on the previous model. The HeatSink Drag puts out 55 lbs at max and reduces failure due to an overheating drag system. Shimano has stepped up the waterproofing on the reel and it can be dunked. They paid close attention to protecting the line roller to reduce failure. Shimano 2019 Stella SWC Spinning Reels are available in 4000-3000 sizes. Each model has a different gear ratio so choose the one that best fits your needs. We suggest spooling them with a thin braid like Max Cuatro to get the most out of them. Made in Japan.

Orders of $100 or more will receive free standard shipping (3-5 business days) within the Continental US (Gift cards excluded). Your order must ship in a single box and have a dimensional weight of no greater 10 lbs. Many fishing rods and other long items that have a shipping dimension of over 60" do not qualify for free shipping. See individual item for details.

We do not do cash refunds! All refunds must be put on a credit card.
Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store
You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. An item returned from 15 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase!

Shipping is determined based on what you are buying. Non-rod orders $100 and over ship free in the USA. All rods ship for $14.99 within the US.
