Daiwa Saltist Back Bay LT 3000MD Spinning Reel was designed for inshore anglers looking for a powerful, durable aluminum reel that is also lightweight and delivers on performance. Not to be confused with the standard Saltist 3000, the Back Bay LT 3000MD is all black. It is also 10% lighter and the internals are a little different. The Back Bay features a MagSealed body, seven ball bearings, a waterproof carbon drag system that puts out 15.4 lbs of drag at max and digitally cut gears. It is a really well rounded inshore reel because it is light enough to fish for trout and fluke and has the power to target redfish and striped bass.
