Dark Matter Custom Standup Rods

Dark Matter Custom Standup Rods are made in the USA and are designed to deliver the best in offshore performance. These rods are built on a lightweight yet powerful Calstar blank that has the right amount of flex so that it does a lot of the work when fighting a big tuna. They have been outfitted with top of the line Winthrop Express wind-on roller guides that are lighter in weight than other guides and allow your swivel to pass through them. The aluminum straight uni-butt is detachable so you can take your reels home with you or easily lock them up for safe keeping after a fun day on the water. We've fished and handled a lot of standup rods over the years and this is simply the best. Free Standard Shipping on Orders of $100

Orders of $100 or more will receive free standard shipping (3-5 business days) within the Continental US (Gift cards excluded). Your order must ship in a single box and have a dimensional weight of no greater 10 lbs. Many fishing rods and other long items that have a shipping dimension of over 60" do not qualify for free shipping. See individual item for details.

We do not do cash refunds! All refunds must be put on a credit card.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - Online

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. An item returned from 15 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase!
