Exchanges & Returns

At J&H, we take pride in making sure that you are satisfied with the gear you purchase from us. We also understand that sometimes you buy something that just isn't right for your fishing situation so we make exchanges and returns easy!

Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item for a different one. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. Exceptions can be made for exchanges past 30 days but they are on a case by case basis. In these instances, J&H retains the right to deny your exchange request.

Items purchased in the physical store can only be exchanged at the physical store.

Cash Returns

We do not do cash refunds! All refunds must be put on a credit card.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - In-Store

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. An item returned from 6 days to 30 days from the purchase date is eligible for a store credit. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase.

Credit Card & Debit Card Returns - Online

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund on a purchase made with a credit card or debit card online. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Item must be in brand new condition, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. Rods must have original tags. If you do not have a receipt you will be given store credit. It is your responsibility to ask for a receipt at time of purchase!

 

Restocking Fee

Returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective or incorrect items are exempt from the restocking fee. J&H retains the right to deny your refund request.

Final Sale and Used Merchandise

All sales of final sale items and used merchandise are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This includes items that were sold in used condition and items that were sold in new condition that you have used.

Broken Merchandise

J&H does not accept exchanges or returns on broken merchandise. If the merchandise has a factory warranty, please visit our Warranty Center for information.
