Using nano technology, Tsunami was able to thicken the walls of these rod to make them stronger without increasing the weight. They added Fuji K-Frame guides for tangle free casting with braid, and really comfortable diamond shrink wrapped fore and rear grips. Tsunami Airwave Elite Surf Spinning Rods are extremely light in weight yet incredibly strong. With modern technology, you don't have to pay five hundred dollars for a quality surf rod.
